辽宁省：今年农村建档立卡贫困户危房改造全部完成

line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify;">精准锁定改造任务，逐户制定改造措施，改造一户、销档一户，辽宁省全力实施农村建档立卡贫困户危房<a href="http://www.jiansheku.com" target="_self">建筑改造工程</a>。截至10月底，全省今年计划内1.63万户建档立卡贫困户危房改造任务已全部完成，贫困户喜迁新居。11月16日，记者从省住房和城乡建设厅获知此消息。</p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify;"> 做好建档立卡贫困户危房改造，是实现脱贫攻坚战“两不愁三保障”总体目标的重点工作。按照省委、省政府全面打赢脱贫攻坚战总体部署，今年初，省住房和城乡建设厅会同相关部门开展建档立卡贫困户危房的存量核查，并与省扶贫办联合民政、残联部门印发通知，全力推进。同时，住建、扶贫、民政和残联等部门通力合作，确保建档立卡贫困户应纳尽纳、应改尽改。今年4月，财政部会同住房和城乡建设部下达补助资金和改造任务，将我省上报的1.63万户建档立卡贫困户危房全部纳入改造计划并给予资金支持。</p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify;"> 为确保如期并保质保量完成改造任务，省住房和城乡建设厅下发文件，要求各市组织县级住建部门依据住房和城乡建设部出台的相关文件，制定简明易行的评定方法，对纳入改造的房屋主体结构进行危险性评定。省住房和城乡建设厅还会同省财政厅下达了中央补助资金，并以省保障性安居工程领导小组名义对各市政府下达了改造任务。各地也积极筹措补助资金在中央财政补助资金之外另行补贴，以减轻贫困农户改造负担，防止危改农户因改返贫。</p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;
