1、企业资产</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
净资产 400 万元以上。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">

（1）机电工程专业注册建造师不少于 3 人。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
（2）技术负责人具有 5 年以上从事施工技术管理工作经历，具有机电工程相关专业中级以上职称或机电工程专业注册建造师执业资格；机电工程相关专业中级以上职称人员不少于 6 人，且专业齐全。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
（3）经考核或培训合格的机械设备安装工、电工、管道工、通风工、焊工等中级工以上技术工人不少于 15人。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
