技术负责人具有 10 年以上从事工程施工技术管理工作经历，且具有工程序列高级职称或建筑工程专业一级注册建造师（或一级注册建筑师或一级注册结构工程师）执业资格；</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">

1、企业资产</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
净资产 200 万元以上。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
2、企业主要人员</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
（1）建筑工程专业注册建造师不少于 3 人。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
（2）技术负责人具有 8 年以上从事工程施工技术管理工作经历，且具有工程序列中级以上职称或建筑工程专业注册建造师（或注册建筑师或注册结构工程师）执业资格；建筑美术设计、结构、暖通、给排水、电气等专业中级以上职称人员不少于 5 人。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
（3）经考核或培训合格的木工、砌筑工、镶贴工、油漆工、石作业工、水电工等专业技术工人不少于 15人。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
