text-indent: 2em;">编者说明：建市[2016]226号文取消了一级资质的“关于注册建造师、中级以上职称人员、持有岗位证书的现场管理人员、技术工人的指标考核。”要求</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">3、企业工程业绩</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">近 5 年承担过下列 2 类工程的施工，工程质量合格。</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（1）累计修建单座桥长≥500 米或单跨≥100 米或桥墩高≥60 米的桥梁 4 座；</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（2）累计完成桥梁工程合同额 3 亿元以上。</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">4、技术装备</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">2、企业主要人员</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（1）市政公用工程、公路工程、铁路工程专业注册建造师合计不少于 3 人。</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（2）技术负责人具有 5 年以上从事工程施工技术管理工作经历，且具有桥梁工程或结构专业中级以上职称或市政公用工程（或公路工程或铁路工程）专业注册建造师执业资格；桥梁工程、结构等专业中级以上职称人员不少于 8 人，且专业齐全。</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（3）经考核或培训合格的钢筋工、测量工、混凝土工、模板工等中级工以上技术工人不少于 20 人。</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（4）技术负责人(或注册建造师）主持完成过本类别资质二级以上标准要求的工程业绩不少于 2 项。</p><p style="white-space: normal;
