净资产 1000 万元以上。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
2、企业主要人员</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
技术负责人具有 10 年以上从事消防设施工程施工技术管理工作经历，且具有工程序列高级职称；</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
编者说明：建市[2016]226号文取消了一级资质的“关于注册建造师、中级以上职称人员、持有岗位证书的现场管理人员、技术工人的指标考核。”要求</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
3、企业工程业绩</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
近 5 年承担过 2 项单体建筑面积 4 万平方米以上消防设施工程（每项工程均包含火灾自动报警系统、自动灭火系统和防烟排烟系统）的施工，工程质量合格。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;"><br></p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
<strong>二级资质标准</strong></p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
1、企业资产</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
净资产 600 万元以上。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
2、企业主要人员</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
（1）机电工程专业注册建造师不少于 3 人。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
（2）技术负责人具有 8 年以上从事消防设施工程施工技术管理工作经历，且具有工程序列高级职称或机电工程专业一级注册建造师执业资格；暖通、给排水、电气、自动化等专业中级以上职称人员不少于 6 人，且专业齐全。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
（3）经考核或培训合格的中级工以上技术工人不少于 20 人。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
（4）技术负责人（或注册建造师）主持完成过本类别一级资质标准要求的工程业绩不少于 2 项。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;"><br></p><p style="text-indent:2em;">

根据建市[2016]226号文件规定：除各类别最低等级资质外，取消关于注册建造师、中级以上职称人员、持有岗位证书的现场管理人员、技术工人的指标考核。因消防设施工程专业承包资质类别的最低资质是“二级”，则消防设施工程专业承包资质二级资质标准保留对建造师等人员的要求。</p><p style="text-indent:2em;">
