text-indent: 2em;">1、企业资产</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">净资产 1000 万元以上。</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">2、企业主要人员</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">技术负责人具有 8 年以上从事工程施工技术管理工作经历，且具有工程序列中级以上职称或注册建造师执业资格；</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">2、企业主要人员</p><p style="white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em;">（1）技术负责人具有 5 年以上从事工程施工技术管理工作经历，且具有工程序列中级以上职称或注册建造师执业资格；工程序列中级以上职称和注册建造师合计不少于 3 人，且结构、材料或化工等专业齐全。</p><p style="white-space: normal;
